They say that Vienna is a walkable city. And they’re not wrong. A brief stroll around the centre of the city takes you past many of the city’s historic sights. However when carrying around your personal items, it may be tempting to go for whichever Vienna tote bag you see first. But in Vienna, we like to do some things in style.
So while you ponder around the Rathaus or MuseumsQuartier, might we recommend taking our new Vienna Canvas Shopper with you? Look closer. You’ll see this isn’t just any Vienna Tote Bag…
There are some tote bags that are made quite badly. Sorry, tote bags. But not ours. We’ve sourced a highly durable, 100% organic cotton canvas. This means that your keys, or a heavy water bottle won’t suddenly tear an unsightly hole in it. The cotton we use is also cleverly weaved a certain way. This makes it even stronger.
Another nice thing about the canvas we use is that it’s unbleached. Naturally, using less chemicals means our bag is better for the environment. And if that wasn’t green enough for you, our Vienna Canvas bags are also screen-printed by hand using water based ink. You’re welcome, planet earth.
There are a few other details that make our Vienna shopper stand out from the crowd. First, the chunky handles are long enough for your shoulder, while heavy duty enough to bear the load. Also, the bag is sewn with a gusset to give you room for a few extra souvenirs.
If you use our Vienna Shopper every day, keeping it clean can be challenging. Luckily you can put it in the washing machine without damaging it. Just make sure it’s no more than 30˚C. (And please don’t tumble dry! Although the ink won’t crack, it will shrink the bag).
We also recommend not using any harsh chemicals when cleaning our bag. Partly because of the environment, but it could also leave an unpleasant stain.
One last detail. We’ve sewn a small ‘Vienna’ label in the side seam. Although Vienna is unforgettable, this way, you’ll never forget.
