Where do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide, however please note this may change periodically depending on certain circumstances.
To check if we deliver to your country, please fill out your delivery details at the checkout. If your selection provides no shipping options, then please assume we do not currently deliver to you. You can also contact us if you have any questions.
How long does a delivery take to arrive?
The above table displays approximate delivery times. But please note that these times are only estimations, and orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as bank holidays in the delivery chain or stock shortages.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location. For most countries we charge a flat rate, tracked and signed fee. Please see the above table for a breakdown of fees.
In some countries, we offer a cheaper, untracked option called ‘priority post’. The delivery rate is calculated based on the ‘class’ of product you are ordering, such as notebooks or prints. Please note that priority post may only be an option for certain product classes.
Please note that delivery rates are subject to any applicable taxes and can be subject to change. International orders may be subject to customs or duties fees.
How do I place an order?
We currently take payment via Paypal and Stripe, both of which are internationally recognised and secure services. You can pay with a credit / debit card using both services.
Can I return an item?
We strive to design, manufacture and package work of a consistently high quality. If you’re not happy we urge you to contact us to discuss an enquiry about your order.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, and it isn’t damaged, you can return the item within 28 days. However, we only cover return postage costs on damaged or faulty items. When returning a faulty item to us, please keep your receipt, you may need it to claim a return refund. Return shipping is refunded after the item has been returned to us successfully.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
The City Works are not responsible if a customer enters incorrect shipping information at the checkout. The customer may be liable for additional shipping fees if an order can not be delivered as a result of incorrect delivery information.
My order has arrived damaged…
The City Works products are packaged safely in weather-proof envelopes and high-density postal boxes. We’ve done all we can to defend against handling in the delivery process, but if a product (not its packaging) is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days with a photograph of the damage visible.
Damaged returns are offered at our discretion on a case by case basis. We assess the damage and determine if it warrants a refund or replacement order and contact you with our decision.
Can I cancel an order?
If you contact us within 24 hours of making your purchase, it is possible to cancel your order. After this point, it is likely the product has been dispatched.
